Writing content for your web site is more than just copying text from existing brochures and other printed information. Web page content must be clear, concise and easy to scan.

- Reading on screen: the key differences from hard copy literature.
- Internet writing explained: top tips and guidelines for improving your online content, covering structure, styling and wording.
- Writing Accessibly: instruction on structuring text appropriately with assistive technologies in mind and writing your web content so that it is accessible for all visitors to your site.
- Content workshop: using your new-found skills on your own test materials.
How will the Course Be Run?
The course is delivered by a Human Computer Interaction (HCI) professional. To encourage participation and enhance the learning experience, we combine a factual presentation with discussions and interactive exercises that complement the course materials.
What is Provided?
All course materials will be issued, including best practice examples discussed during the course and writing materials. Lunch and refreshments are also provided.
